What I love — A rare find, one of only 2 platinum examples I’ve been able to unearth online. This Harry Winston features a delightful detail, a ‘pulsations dial’, used to quickly calculate a heart rate. The sunburst dial features the ‘Caduceus’ symbol representing the field of Medicine at 12 and comes in great condition.
Th platinum case is in fantastic condition, the hallmarks and case engravings are deep and remain crisp (see pics). A very interesting and rarely seen model, these somewhat niche HW references have seen a surge in popularity over the past year.
Turning the watch over you can see the FP 1185 chronograph, a personalised name engraving can be seen on the rotor, the original doctor who owned watch? One could imagine! Finally the watch comes with a separate OEM Harry Winston strap and original white gold Harry Winston deployant.
What you should know — Case and buckle were polished under my instruction by London Watch Restorations and has been done incredibly well. Small amount of lume lost at 9 o’clock marker.
