What I love — Early example dating 1989 (confirmed by Breguet), with the full documentation/paperwork from sale in 1993. Purchased at Cellini in New York the savvy collector kept everything including the original bill of sale. The watch is A series, and comes in great overall condition. I love the dial layout on this model, a model that is somewhat overlooked in the Breguet market today, noticeable in the pricing. The layout is directly inspired by one of Abraham-Louis Breguet's pocket watches. The symmetrical dial features multiple guilloche patterns and a refreshing layout with the apertures and moon phase. As mentioned earlier the watch comes complete with boxset/Breguet paperwork and sale paperwork, a true collectors set and I’m excited to see where it lands!
What you should know — The case shows minor wear from use over the years, all engravings remain crisp and deep. Some markings on the lugs from old strap changes and minor wear in line with age on the case. A tiny mark on the dial just above the ‘X’ (10 o’clock) marker.
