A very rare Franck Muller Chronograph powered by the mighty Lemania 2320 ébauche, case no. 00. For those who study FM will instantly note the rarity of the reference fitted with this column wheel caliber, only a couple of examples have ever surfaced for sale publicly having been produced as a limited series of 50 watches.

Coming with its original pin buckle, boxset and Singapore stamped (undated) paperwork this is a serious chronograph candidate for any neo-vintage collection. Considering the rarity of this FM it is interesting to note that this watch still trades under the more commonly seen Breguet equivalent.

The case measures an elegant 34mm, lug-to-lug 41mm and 11mm thick… extremely elegant on the wrist. Case features a display back with the outer edge exhibiting ‘no. 00’ for the watch. Case condition overall is very good, interestingly the hallmarks are on the side of the lugs and remain very crisp. The only real note on case condition are two scratches on the 9 o’clock side + minor hairlines.

The dial is BEAUTIFUL with painted Breguet numerals, satin/brushed dial finishes and multiple complimenting colours create a visual treat for the wearer (and those around them!)

The watch is fitted to a custom Handdn strap and comes with the orignal 18k yellow gold pin buckle. As mentioned earlier the set includes inner/outer boxset (inner box cushion appears a replacement) and retailer stamped paperwork (undated) from Singapore retailer Sincere Watch who are still agents for Franck Muller to this day. The paperwork has the correct reference printed at the top.

I’m excited to see what collection this set ends up in!
