Vacheron Constantin Overseas 42040 Watch Only With Recent VC Service
We have for sale an early Vacheron Constantin 42040 with the visually stunning guilloche white dial. The watch returned from a full Vacheron service in September 2020 and under manufacture warranty until September 2022.
Overall conditions of the watch are great, it has been polished in the past (‘shining’ service carried out by VC in Sept 2020) however it retains the fantastic overseas shape that we all love and enjoy.
The dial is the highlight of this piece, a true spectacle, we invite you to view the macro photos below, the guilloche and the white really pop! The original dial is sigma signed with tritium plots and the hands are later service replacements housing luminova.
The Bracelet is in incredible shape and is the tightest we have come across from the 1st gen models, with the watch easily being able to stand upright on the bracelet (see photos). The clasp and concealed locking mechanism function perfectly and the bracelet is supplied with all links.
We can’t get enough of the Overseas line and this watch ticks all the boxes, a pure delight to wear.
