1991 Vacheron Constantin Perpetual Calendar 43031 ‘Automatic’ Dial
What I love — Unpolished example with thick lugs and sharp hallmarks/engravings. ‘Automatic’ at 6 o’clock, a small detail but rare transitional dial - I’ve documented 6 total, all very close in case number. Original gold pointers (sub dial hands) still on the watch, often changed at service for black replacements - the gold works much better with the dial in my opinion. Watch serviced in house at VC in 23’, first time the movement had been serviced/touched. Original VC buckle and generic VC box included.
What you should know — Tiny mark visible under a loupe on the edge of 6 o’clock sub dial cutout. Honest wear from use across the case, could be polished - chose to leave as is, in hand light scratches etc not really noticeable.
