What I love — Finally after a long hunt I was able to find this fantastic example courtesy of a good friend! This watch is a rather rare perpetual calendar from my favourite period of watchmaking and features the retrograde perpetual module from Sven Andersen origin. The dial is in wonderful condition and has a light glimmer/sparkle finish in certain lights, not flat white, little to no marks to report. There are many details to enjoy in the dial and it makes for a rather fun switch up from the more commonly seen perpetual layouts. The case is in great condition, case hallmarks/engravings crisp, with the watch wearing perfectly at 36mm. The watch is accompanied by the original pin buckle and paperwork. Overall a rather special watch from a period of Chopard that I can really get behind!
What you should know — Light hairlines only, looks like it hasn’t been polished in the past. The minute hand has some light lume loss under a loupe.
