1981 Vacheron Constantin 222 46004 with VC Service and Extracts
A rare and eccentric model from the 80’s this 222 comes fresh off the back of a VC 2022 service complete with 2 years international warranty + extracts from the archives.
The case, bracelet and bezel are sharp with all original lines perfectly preserved. The brushed dial shows little to no aging apart from the deep patina across all lume indices inc the original handset. The bracelet shows zero stretch and sits upright when placed on the clasp.
Hesitant to say unpolished however the watch appears to have slight sleeve polish only, with the bracelets brushed finish being slightly faded the only real visual sign. Watch returned from service with the bracelet fitted back to front (in photos), however can be reversed easily.
Overall an under the radar and rarely seen variant in incredible condition, could stare at the dial and handset all day! We hope you love it as much as we do.
